Some weird stuff has been going on with the uptimes project... people said to move to lpmusic, then to uptimes-project.org... only my account mysteriously vanished and my new account refuses to accept reports from my client. Rather than lose all of my past data I decided to move back to hosting-wired's fork. It seems to work... for now!

The owner of uptimes-project.org was helpful in trying to resolve the problem but the deciding factor was the history of data I have with hosting-wired.
