After 20 minutes of arguing with this guy trying to get him to read the manual (which ironically would have taken him less than 20 minutes) he comes out with this:

Why should I waste my time retyping to someone what is already in the manuals? If you're lazy, thats your own fault.

For future reference to anyone else who wants to try something like this, it will result in me completely ignoring you... persistence will result in a G-Line. I'm totally fed up of it. Why should I waste my time writing manuals when people arent going to read them and just ask me the same questions over and over again?
