I've submitted Gentoox to LinuxCD.org and they have been kind enough to add it to their catalogue. So for those people who cant download it, you can now buy a copy for $1.99 per disc - they currently stock Gentoox Home v3.1, Pro v1.4 and MCE v1.0. Follow this link to buy a copy!
