I stayed up until 8am when a friend who is on holiday in Spain sent me an instant message over MSN saying he had gotten his exam results today in the post so I forced myself to stay up until now to wait for the post... and sure enough:

Programming 1: A1
Computer Systems and Networks: A1
Formal Systems: A2
Software Systems and Development: *hides* C1

Not bad, not great. Formal systems I'm putting down to me missing a whole section out of the exam by accident :(. And SSD... well... its just SSD, I wasn't too keen onit.

Also, I found this email from the department head amusing:

"Dear ***** and Thomas,
Your tutors have nominated you as potential candidates for the Microsoft Student Partner Programme."

Me? A Microsoft award? :D. How ironic since I work so closely with the Xbox! I have to reply with justification as to why I would be a good candidate for the programme. Needless to say I will be mentioning Gentoox, though I'm not sure if Linux interest will really be what they're looking for.
