Sorry about the recent slowness of the server. While I was sleeping decided to send me some junkmail. They sent it to a non-existant useralias at my end, so it bounced back. Being the morons that spammers are, they set their email servers to send out spam to any address that sends email to . So by the time I woke up, I had 200+ emails backlogged from them waiting in a queue to be run though a virus checker and spamassassin - this made my load average skyrocket, so much so that postfix kept timing out and deferring the mail so nothing actually got done - it was stuck in an infinite loop. I've now cleared this all up and made all emails to the non-existant address they were using get sent to /dev/null, so hopefully this wont happen again.
