Blarg, up to 23h30m with no sleep, by 24 hours, I plan to be asleep... so I thought I'd make this news post. I've installed Kernel 2.4.26 on one of my Xboxes and booted it with Gentoox Loader 4.0. So far, ReiserFS hasn't panicked after about 65 minutes of compiling. I'm not going to keep my hopes up, but _usually_ it would have died by now.

If it survives a GCC and QT compilation, then it will be evident that the problem was with the bootloader all along and I'll release a 2.4.26 patch.

Keep your fingers crossed!

*Update*
Nope, still no good. I dont get any panics anymore, but data gets corrupted.
