Maintenance release

* Added a predefined /etc/resolv.conf file. This means that statically defined IP users can now use Stardust without having to mess around with nameserver entries.

* Updated Cromwell and Xromwell to get rid of a typo (Booting linuxboot.cfg _form_ FATX).

* Added better network failure testing routine.

So for those of you who couldnt get static routing working (lack of DHCP server), give this a try!
