New feature : Upgrading portage
Magic now checks to see if you have an outdated version of portage. If you do, it will automatically upgrade it. Dont worry about this wasting time, it takes about 5 seconds to check your version of portage, and about 2 minutes to upgrade it if its out of date. This is pretty much essential, since running an obsolete version of portage can cause system instability when using emerge.
