All you have to do is run "magic" and everything will be automatically updated. I've been messing around with resolution settings all morning and the ones listed in xbvset are the ones that I could get working. Resolutions in brackets may not work since I lack the hardware to test them, however all XVKBD and XFCE4 resolution settings are set correctly for ALL modes:

TV:
All resolutions

HDTV:
(480p)
(720p)

X2VGA:
480p - 720x480, 1024x768 720p - (1024x768, 1280x720)

Please, give feedback on this - it's a MAJOR advancement so I expect there to be some compatibility issues. Also, please remember this release DOES include Focus support, but I've absolutely no way of testing it, so some feedback on this would also be much appreciated!
