There is absolutely no way that I develop stable support for Focus (v1.4/1.5) Xboxes without actually owning one. This either means that Focus will never be officially supported (by xbvset), or that it will have really buggy support.

I have considered buying a Focus Xbox, but I can't justify paying £129.99 so I can develop software for other people's benefit - Gentoox is provided free because I dont spend any money developing it. It also wouldn't be appropriate for me to ask for donations to buy a new Xbox since I only recently asked for donations for an X2VGA for which users have yet to see any end result. However, I promise that X2VGA support IS coming.

Unfortunately though, it boils down to this. If you want proper focus support, I'm going to have to get a Focus Xbox, but I cannot pay for it myself. If you do want Focus support and feel ok about donating, then go ahead. If you feel that I'm asking for too much, then don't donate - but please don't start any flame wars about this! Thank you.

I won't halt development on the new xbvset until I have a Focus Xbox, so if I finish it before getting enough money, then I will release it with Conexant (v1.0 -> v1.3) support only and then patch it to work with Focus later.
