Gentoox - GPL non-compliance threats

Seems a certain individual has been trying to stirr up trouble for me by saying I am not complying with the GPL over my Gentoox Loader source. Before this gets out of hand the GPL states:

"...if you distribute copies of such a program, whether gratis or for a fee, you must give the recipients all the rights that you have. You must make sure that they, too, receive or can get the source code..."

The Gentoox Loader sources have been available on this website since version 5 (under the "Developer" section). Recently this section was moved to "Magic Repository" then a "Developer" subdirectory. Prior to version 5, the source diffs had been available via request. As you can see, this is in no way conflicting with the above laid out terms.

I have been threatened to be "exposed" on slashdot by a certain individual. I take such threats as personal attacks and take them very seriously - permanent IRC and magic bans will be put in place for any person who wrongly makes such claims.

Instead of pursuing me over this issue, why can't such people do something constructive such as attacking people who manufacture modchips using Cromwell and dont release the source?
