Gentoox - MCE done, others to follow

Right then, after a day of hacking away at scripts... I have a linuxboot.cfg parser written in bash! I wrote most of it on checkout receipt paper at work (yes, work is that boring!)... and it all seems to work. It's made its way into xbvset and MCE's videoselect.

For you hackers out there that edit the standard Gentoox linuxboot.cfg entries. Your entry should look as follows:

title Gentoox
kernel vmlinuz
initrd initrd.gz
append stuff_to_append_here

The title line MUST always be the first line, then the others can be swapped about or completely left out. However, each time you run xbvset MISSING fields will be reset to their defaults - otherwise the information will be retained. Also, custom entries (as in whole new title's) will be removed each time you run xbvset.

As the news topic says, MCE is finished. I've tested it as best as I can and it all seems to work fine with the new Gentoox loader which is very good news indeed. So thats MCE v1.1 out of the way, now I need to work on Pro v1.5 and Home v3.2. Depending on time constraints, I'll try and run a full world update on them so they're nice and refreshed (this will also flush out a nasty issue to do with virtual/modutils which has been plaguing newbies lately). I'm not going to release MCE yet, in fact... don't _expect_ anything until Monday when I'll be back at University with their lovely JANET connection. Stay tuned.

Oh and I should point out that MCE 1.0 is totally uncompatible with the new Loader... so your choice is either to stay as you are with v1.0... or upgrade. This also makes Friendtech Media Center obsolete as it will no longer function with Gentoox installed.
